New Delhi, 14 August 2025: In a major step towards bolstering operational safety, Oil India Limited and Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited signed a Strategic MoU on 12th August 2025 at Oil House, Jodhpur.
Under this agreement, ONGC will provide critical Crisis Management Services to OIL-RF for handling major oilfield emergencies, including complex well control, blowouts, and fires in the Rajasthan Field operations.
The MoU was signed by Shri Sanjay Verma, Executive Director – Rajasthan Field, OIL, and Shri M. Porcia, Executive Director – Head Corporate Drilling Services (Onshore), ONGC. This collaboration between two Maharatna companies underscores a shared commitment to safety, preparedness, and swift response in the face of challenges.
