Bangalore, 30 May 2025: BEL signed MoU with BEML Ltd. to establish a strategic collaboration for fostering leadership development, and enriching the technical expertise and business acumen of executives of both the companies.
The MoU aims to promote continuous learning, facilitating capacity building among middle & senior level executives of BEL & BEML. It focuses on creating a platform for innovation, knowledge exchange & collaboration through structured training programmes.
Shri Ramkumar B, General Manager (HR/CO) BEL and Shri Abenezer Samir Khess, Head (Corporate HR) BEML Ltd., exchanged the MoU documents in the presence of Shri Manoj Jain, CMD BEL, Shri Vikraman N, Director (HR) BEL and Shri Debi Prasad Satpathy, Director (HR) BEML Ltd.
