During the fourth quarter of FY25, BEML reported a net profit of ₹288 crore, representing a 12% year-on-year growth over the ₹257 crore posted in the same period last year.

Profit before tax stood at ₹395 crore, rising 14% from ₹348 crore in Q4 of FY24. Revenue from operations for the quarter reached ₹1,653 crore, reflecting a 6% increase compared to ₹1,514 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

The company’s EBITDA also saw a significant 14% growth, rising to ₹427 crore from ₹375 crore. For the full financial year, BEML reported a marginal dip in revenue, closing at ₹4,022 crore as against ₹4,054 crore in FY24. However, this was offset by a strong improvement in operational efficiency and profitability.

The company achieved a record profit before tax of ₹405 crore, up 6% from ₹383 crore last year, while net profit rose 4% to ₹294 crore from ₹283 crore—marking the highest annual net profit in the company’s history. Annual EBITDA also increased by 9%, reaching ₹531 crore, and EBITDA margin improved to 13.20% from 11.98% in the previous fiscal. Looking ahead, BEML remains committed to expanding its footprint in defence, metro rail, aerospace, and electric mining equipment segments, while deepening its role in India’s indigenisation efforts under the Aatmanirbhar Bharat initiative.

With a healthy order book, growing global interest, and a sharp focus on innovation and sustainability, the company is well-placed to build on this momentum and deliver long-term value to stakeholders.
