New Delhi, 11 September 2024: Shri Sanjay Kulshrestha, CMD HUDCO inaugurated a training program organized by HUDCO’s HSMI on “RBI Regulations and Compliance Pertaining to NBFCs.” He highlighted the crucial role of RBI in regulating and overseeing Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) in India.
Shri M Nagaraj, DCP HUDCO, and Shri Daljeet Singh Khatri, DF HUDCO also attended the event. This programme holds special significance in view of the recent change in HUDCO’s status as an Infrastructure Finance Company (IFC).
